How CleanPro® Makes Common Items into Critically Compliant Cleanroom Equipment

CleanPro® Gowning Room Mirrors

This cleanroom mirror features a laboratory grade glass mirror and 1/4″ (6mm) plate/float glass that is guaranteed against chemicals and silver spoilage for 25 years. A shock absorbing material prevents vibration and agitation for a greater degree of stability. Adjustable tilt features allow adaptation for ideal placement and line of sight. Each mirror meets industry benchmarks for cleanroom mirrors under DD-M-00411B & C. S. 27.

The 430 gauge annealed stainless steel frame is fabricated as one piece with a roll formed channel and mitered corners. The back panel is manufactured with galvanized steel, including lock tabs and slots for wall hanger attachment.

18-8 type 304 stainless steel with a #4 satin finish and all-welded construction with 5-1/4″ of angle adjustability. The corners are welded ground and polished smooth. The back pane is fabricated of galvanized steel, with shock absorbing material placed between the mirror and the back panel.

Satin-finish stainless steel receptacle with hemmed bottom edges for safety. Hooks hold furnished reusable vinyl liner; removable for servicing.

Corner Mounted

Ideal for installing near exits where patrons use paper towels to assist door opening. Constructed of satin-finish stainless steel with hemmed top and bottom edges for safety. Hooks hold furnished reusable vinyl liner.

Classic Series

Satin-finish stainless steel. Seamless beveled flange. Removable receptacle locks into cabinet with a tumbler lock.

Heating Element — Coiled Nichrome heating element mounted on a mica frame, protected by an integral automatic thermal overload device. To heat air without hot spots and remain inaccessible to vandals.

Electronic Control — Infrared sensor automatically turns the dryer on when hands are held under air-outlet opening and the sensor path.

Remove hands from the path of sensor and dryer stops. The electronic sensor has an automatic shutoff approximately 1-1/2 minutes after dryer turns on if an inanimate object is placed across the air-outlet opening. After an inanimate object is removed, the electronic sensor automatically resets itself and dryer operates normally.
